Aquachem India, a unit of Micromesh Metals and Minerals, offers premium Manganese Dioxide Granules (MnO2 )—a high-performance catalytic filtration media engineered for the efficient removal of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulphide, arsenic, and other dissolved contaminants from water.
These manganite granules are functionally equivalent to internationally recognized media such as Filox and Pyrolox, delivering consistent oxidation and filtration performance.
Suitable for industrial, municipal, commercial, and household water treatment systems, the media provides reliable operation without the need for chemical regeneration.

Our media oxidizes soluble iron (Fe²⁺) and manganese (Mn²⁺) into particulate oxides, which are then filtered out within the media bed — significantly improving water quality.
Effectively reduces unpleasant odors and taste caused by hydrogen sulfide by converting it into non-soluble sulfur particles.
Operates efficiently over a broad pH range (typically 6.0–9.0) and adaptable to various flow rates and treatment conditions.
High hardness and optimized particle structure ensure long media life and minimal attrition during backwash cycles.
